Betty and Emmett Crocker are two of the most gracious, lovely people you will meet. They keep a spotless house and made me and my three sons (19-25) feel completely welcome. We came by bike on the Virginia Capital Trail, arriving on a Sunday evening. When we realized that the two nearby restaurants were closed on Sunday night, Emmett immediately... More

My college friend's son's wedding was held at a plantation B&B in Providence Forge. My husband and I traveled to the area to attend the wedding. Rather than a hotel, we decided to look for a nearby bed and breakfast and just happened to see Red Hill B&B on the internet. We could not have been more pleased with this... More

We wholeheartedly agree with what MiaKay has written about lovely Red Hill Farm B&B and its charming and knowlegeable hosts Betty and Emmett Crocker. If you are traveling in the vicinity of the Charles City Plantation district, we strongly recommend that you enjoy the warmth and hospitality of Red Hill Farm. Nat & Ai-Ling Bronx, NY

The Red Hill Inn is located beside County Road 5, a mostly rural road that connects Richmond, VA to Jamestown and Yorktown. The James River plantations of Westover, Berkeley, and Shirley are located here. The Red Hill Inn is a lovely, immaculate home owned by Betty and Emmett Crocker. We stayed here in August while on vacation. This B&B is... More
