This RI is very new & plenty comfortable. The room includes everything you would need for an extended stay, including full-size refrigerator, stovetop, large microwave, dishwasher, work desk with free Internet, comfy bed with a pretty cool MP3-ready alarm clock and probably a few other things I'm forgetting. Stayed in this RI about four times when visiting family. It is simply consistantly clean, quiet and comfortable. Front desk is helpful. Breakfast consistant. Great weekend rates. Located in the middle of shopping center with restaurants and anything you may need. What more can you ask for. more

After inquiring at a few locations in the area I visited I settled on the Residence Inn due to the rate remaining reasonable and the same throughout my entire stay, and it being a fairly new facility. I am a platinum member at Residence Inn, and obviously travel a lot. I felt like celebrating when I arrived at the new Residence Inn in Chantilly.
