I would give Ampthill Plantation 5 stars in value and hospitality! I have stayed there several times and ended up having my wedding there. George and Carol will make you feel you are related!

We wanted to furniture shop in Farmville, Virginia, and ended up staying at the Ampthill Plantation about a half hour away. We could not have been more delighted with it. My wife, daughter and I just returned from a truly awesome weekend at Ampthill Plantation in Cartersville, VA. The owners George and Carol do a tremendous job, and it is truly a "hidden gem."
