We arrived Sunday evening and left Monday morning. There was no one to receive us but a new-to-the-job Russian maid. My husband and I stayed at the Cape Charles Historic Inn for two nights while visiting the Eastern Shore. The Inn is quite lovely and the beds are superb!! We just got back from a 4 night stay at the Inn. The accomodation was wonderful, with clean, spacious rooms and right in the heart of the town. The innkeeper was friendly and very helpful. The beach was a 5 min walk away and the sunsets are a must. We will return! Mel and Nic Pittsburgh pa more
