I came back to the Sunset Beach to enjoy the Memorial Day weekend, and we had a great time--although the water went out at 3pm on Saturday and this caused great commotion throughout the hotel. “Sunset is worth the stay”

I agree with a previous review....This is not the best, but not the worst. Value for dollar was good. The sunset on the beach is awesome. Room was decently clean, once we got a nonsmoking room. We had a back view room, too, so we could see the Chesapeake Bay.
