Comfort Inn in Burkeville, VA is one of the top 3 motels I have ever stayed at. The cleanliness of the motel was the most outstanding feature. The room smelled fresh when we arrived. The bathroom and linens were clean and well stocked. The bedsheets were fresh and tidy. All appliances from the television to the portable iron were in working order. We had the surprise of a ceiling fan to go with the air/heat window unit.
-- We were greeted immediately by staff and the lobby was warm and inviting. ** Their website boasted a "countryside" setting, which initially made me a little nervous, but I was immediately calmed upon arrival.
