The place is horrible. The only good thing is that the water was hot. So we got burnt in more than one way. They charged $200 a night for a dump site. They should have paid us to stay. Dirty and in MAJOR need of remodeling or maybe better yet... condemning. Not to mention that on top of the outside... more

Spoke with manager multiple times about getting the water fixed. We were told over and over that they would but we stayed there for two nights and the water was never fixed. Then the manager would not return our phone calls or address our complaint. This is unacceptable after paying $200 a night because it was race weekend. Would not... more

I stayed at the Red Carpet Bristol last night. While the night receptionist was very curteous for 12:30 am, the room I received was the worst I've ever had in the States!
