We stopped in at the Bristol Holiday Inn, without reservations, just for an overnight sleep session after a long day, and a long tomorrow of driving. The front desk staff greeted us, and gave us a decent rate on a 2 queen nonsmoking room. The grounds, lobby, and room were clean. We did not take part in any amenities they... more

We were tired after a long day of driving and pulled off at this exit, taking a room at the Holiday Inn on the recommendation of my daughter's fiance, who has stayed there several times. It was clean and comfortable, but seemed old and tired. Since breakfast was not included (as it probably would have been at many competitors at... more

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bristol Virginia and I will never go back again! The management does not care at all about customer service. The restaurant was horrible, our food was raw once, and had mold on it the next day. When I brought this to the attention of the manager of the restaurant, she didn't care,... more

Holiday Inn Bristol, VA The hotel was just off I81. Quick check in on arrival, our rooms ready. Everything was found to be neat and clean. A coffeepot, but no frig. Free wireless internet access, which I found to be agonizingly slow. A pool for the kiddies. Just about any of the big chains close by: WalMart, Sams, Lowes (if... more

We used a hotel crib. The blankets were dirty, OLD, and looked like they had been through the wringer. We had a fire alarm go off at 2am due to cigarette smoking in a hallway. Our breakfast order was "lost" and was over 45 minutes late. When it did arrive, the order was wrong, even though we had just talked... more

I just stayed at the Holiday Inn for 6 nights and it was a great hotel for a great price I thought. It is probably one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have seen. A big corporate looking hotel and all for 85.00 per night. It is in a great location and we were able to walk to dinner every... more

We stayed at this hotel after a wedding in Emory. We were able to check in early with no hassle. I thought all of the staff we encountered were very nice to deal with. We didn't have any problems with our stay. The room was very clean and everything was in good working order. The bar was undergoing some renovations,... more

Thirty minutes after check in we discovered 7 gay pornographic magazines under the bed or actually my 7 year old son found. At breakfast my toast had mold on it and the milk was sour..After checking dates on the cartons I discovered they were 3 to 4 days past expiration. This was brought to the attention of the GM who... more

First off, I'm a corporate pilot, and I spend 100+ nights a year on the road. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay out. We typically fly into Bristol, TN, but we always make the 30 minute drive to this place just to stay! Don't be fooled by the Holiday Inn name. My experience of Holiday Inn's typically... more

I stayed at the Holiday Inn, Brisol from August 27th-29th. I highly recommend this place, very clean and accomodating. The restaurant, Chops has very good food at reasonable prices. If I were in the Bristol area again I would definately stay there! more
