We had a wonderful weekend at Waypoint where our hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. They directed us to a great dinner location and to a good hike on the Sunday we departed. Rachael is a fantastic chef and was able to accommodate my gluten sensitivity by providing gluten-free alternatives. I highly recommend this beautiful B&B to other travelers.

I stayed here with my fiance for a romantic getaway last week, and we couldn't have left happier!! The rooms were all clean and updated, the backyard was an oasis for relaxation, and the innkeepers were very friendly. We didn't have reservations until about 30 minutes before we arrived, and they were very accommodating for such a last minute request.... More

Beautiful, comfortable and super clean B&B. Amazing breakfast. Fabulous friendly service and excellent attention to details. Beautiful home and garden. Great location. Innkeepers really make each guest feel special. We've been twice and are already planning our third trip!

We live in Arlington and stayed at the Waypoint House for a weekend getaway/birthday weekend in the country. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They thought of every last detail and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I am gluten free and she even made us gluten free cupcakes. If you are lucky, you'll get the room on... More

My wife and I love to stay at B and B's. We love to pair a visit with some wine tastings and a great dinner. We've had some great visits, and we've had some awful trips. Visiting the Waypoint House was like catching lightning in a bottle. The house was gorgeous, the room was spacious and modern, but cozy and... More

We stayed here for one night, and I wish it was for two. The hostess, Rachael, is charming and full of great advice. The house comes out of the pages of a shelter magazine -- our room was comfortable, nicely decorated, with a fabulous bathroom (huge tub, shower, tons of space, great toiletries/robes/sliippers). The location is perfect for exploring wineries... More

If you are interested in touring the Virginia Wine Country and need a place to stay, you couldn't ask for a better reception than what you will receive at the Waypoint House. Rachel and Jonathan have nailed blending the 1800's architectural charm of this house with modern amenities without sacrificing either. Breakfast is amazing and dietary restrictions or allergies are not an issue. I have stayed here solo and with my husband, who has traveled the world and continues to rave about our stay here. The house is clean and I have... More

Here's a B&B that gets it right. New owners have upgraded the house nicely and are keeping it very clean and presentable. The couple that runs this place were professional and graciously accommodating to several of our requests. Bedroom was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and flat screen TV with good selection of stations. Breakfast was really good -... More
