We stayed in a condo on the top floor. There is a small washer and dryer. They do provide a few amenities to get you started like dishwashing tabs, laundry soap, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker and filters. We had 2 families of 4. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 open room upstairs with a pull out couch in the living... More

If you enjoy out of the way this is it. The road to the duplex was very rough. Our unit was a duplex. The BAD: The dishwasher did not work, the front burner on the stove did not work, the dryer shut off after a load and a half and you had to wait for it to cool down, no... More

If you enjoy being away from the hustle & bustle this is the place for you. A mile off the mountain road and a then a little bit higher. We stayed in the condos (vs a duplex) Our unit was a 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath unit sparsely but adequately furnished The master bedroom had a cedar suana - the... More

Spent a week in a condo which seemed to be recently renovated. Not very fancy, but quite comfortable. Porch was very nice for watching the sunset and just relaxing. Unit had a sauna which took >30 minutes to really get hot enough to use. There are picnic tables and charcoal grills next to the condos. Recommend bringing drinking water with... More

The duplex was great! Good place to go if you want to get away. Don't go there and expect to have lots of stores within a one-minute drive (you're supposed to be "getting away," right?). But you can still get to Wal-Mart and other places within 14 minutes I think it was. Go hiking and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Oh,... More

We stayed at Senedo Springs at the condo buidings on Bryce Mountain. Here are the positives and negatives and other things to know. I will say this first. It's very hard to find their office. Your GPS will take you to it, but it's meshed in with a diner/pancake place. Look for the car wash and turn in betwe the... More

Condo interior was serously dated and smelled of hard water. My spouse referred to this place as "Deliverance" from the movie. Condos need a serious makeover asi think interior was new in late 1980's. This is a true mountain experience so you better have a 4 wheel drive with horsepower to get up steep hills and pray for peffect weather.... More

Wow. Loved the town, the woods, and the loft duplex. So relaxing. And the price, $320 for seven nights out of season (summer). Great place for kids. Very safe. Mine are grown but kept thinking how they would have loved it when they were younger. Grocery store in Mount Jackson so with the full kitchen, can save $. Traveled south... More

We were supposed to check in to the condo on a Saturday. We arrived to the office late at night and found it to be closed. Since there was no cell phone service in the area, we had to resort to finding another hotel for the evening. We returned in the morning and saw that there were hours posted on... More
