My wife and I stayed here recently and had a wonderful time. Our room was Very larger, with a bathroom right out of the movies. Yes the soaps were hidden, but only because we choose not to look in the box under the bath salts. Our bed was large and very comfortable, with 2 goose down comforters - which were... More

I have spent some time reflecting on our stay, trying to figure out the best way to explain it. We bought the living social voucher for 2 nights stay. Only after confirming the reservation, when the email mentioned Gordon Ramsey, did we have any idea of the history of the place. Still, the reviews seemed mostly reasonable, so we decided... More

We had only booked one night at the Juniper Hill Inn (August 21st) as a stopover point during a road trip but wish that we had stayed longer. My 6 year old son especially loved the place and wooded surroundings and got his favorite cooked breakfast (pancakes) the next morning. Tracy and Jim were excellent hosts and made sure that... More

My husband and I spent two nights (August 15 and 16) at Juniper Hill Inn on our way further north. Jim and Tracy were lovely hosts, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It's an old-school B&B, beautifully furnished and decorated, with a real sense of history and charm. The area is fascinating and we didn't get to do everything... More

My husband and I visited Juniper Hill Inn for the first time on July 26-29, 2013. Jim and Tracy were very nice and made our 5 year wedding anniversary special! They had given us Room 1, The Honeymoon Suite after booking a regular room! The food was delicious and the view from the Inn was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you Jim... More

We are so disappointed in the changes at the Juniper Hill Inn. We stayed in 2006 and had the best of time. Now (7/2013) is much different. The food is less than average, but with a 5 star price tag. We ordered lobster stuffed mushrooms for starters: the lobster was mainly a cheap crab mix with very little taste. The... More

We are sorry your experience was not what you expected, the economy has forced us to scale back a bit. and we are now focusing on being a Fine Country Inn, without all the New York City Glitter. I can assure you our dinner prices are far from "5 Star Prices", and the Lobster stuffed mushrooms were in fact real... More

Please note that we are writing this review as a warning for those who are considering a stay at the Juniper Hill Inn. We are not angry but really disappointed with our experience. After researching several Vermont Bed & Breakfasts, I decided to surprise my wife, on our 40th Anniversary, with a three night stay (July 21, 22, 23) at... More

In celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary, my husband and I spent two nights at the inn. Although the house is lovely, it is in dire need of repair. I was, also, disappointed in all of the hidden fees that we had to pay. We ended up paying over $500 for a less than adequate room. The bed was small,... More
