The Crafts Inn is a historic, national landmarks building, designed by the firm Mckim, Mead and (Stanford) White. Only the exterior retains the charm from ithe date of its building in the early 1900's; the interior has been totally changed and a large addition attached to the side and rear. The reception area and office were probably once the old... More

The week of Oct. 18-25 my husband and I stayed at the Crafts Inn. I wrote ahead and asked for an upper floor unit in the back. Alice, the manager obliged and we enjoyed the clean, quiet, spacious well-appointed unit. Yes, other people have talked about how slow the elevator was, and that is true, but they do have one... Just stayed a week here and loved it. The inn is central to a lot of places, so we did day trips and saw so much of Vermont. The inn is very pretty and historic. The check in was very easy as well as checking out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice.... More

Charming exterior with long covered porch equipped with wicker rockers. Great location, centered on main street in New England style village of Wilmington, VT. So, we were really disappointed to see inside - tired uninspired interior - think formica cabinets - and tiny bathroom so small it took concentration to turn around in it. No sharing of the counter possible.... More

Stayed for one night. Room well equipped if you want to make your own dinner/ breakfast etc.( would be good for families) No real noise issues but didn't have a room facing the street( which seemed quite busy). Followed hosts suggestion for dinner. Nice looking building( with very interesting history) which maybe somewhat tired but is clean.Good value Would stay... More

ok...excellent place as far as location and ambiance, but...unless your idea of a vacation is to tuck into the flannel immediately after Wheel of Fortune, you might look elsewhere. They have a very nice pool/hot tub area (not that anyone is using it), but it's shut down at 9:00 pm on weekdays. Their idea of pushing the limit is 10:00... More

We enjoyed this hotel since it was in the heart of the town. It had charm that was great. It was built in the 1800's and has been designated an historic location by the federal government. The pool and hot tub were great! I just thought the fixtures in the place could have been updated. There is no a/c in... More

We spent a week in this delightful inn. It includes an inside pool and hot tub plus many facilities for playing cards or other games with other congenial guests. The inn has a wonderful porch - part open and part with windows and screens to permit enjoyment of the outdoors no matter what the weather. One concern is that it... More

From the moment we checked in here on a Sat. Trena, the front desk clerk was very offensive to us. She wasn't at the desk for us and about 20 others to check in. We went looking for her. She finally came walking up some stairs, "yeah, yeah, I'm here." she says. The tone of her voice was very angry.... More

We stayed at the Inn during our recent ski trip to Mt .Snow and found the ammenities very nice - racket ball court, sauna, pool, hot tub. There was no workout room. The room could use updating but met our basic needs. The kitchen could use a dish rack. There were some noise complaints but it was not busy during... More
