Pros: staff are lovely. Free copies from hotel printer (on business trip). Bar area is pretty. Quiet overall. Beds are comfy. Room is spacious. Decor is nice. Pillows aren't overstuffed. Cons: no free water bottles in room (although Vermont tap is fine, really). No ABC channel. This was odd - guess Comcast charges too much for it? I have a... More

Nice hotel, beautiful lobby/dining area.... The room was ok.... But outside our window, the aircondition was placed and made a lot of noise... Wery disturbing.... Still managed to get a good nights sleep, though....

We stopped here as a convenient stop through the area. The location is decent but there are several in that spot. And it is a Marriott which means that it has some standard. That said, the place reeked of poor management. The elevator (there is only one for the whole place) actually jammed on a group of kids and the... More

This was great courtyard with a friendly staff and nice rooms. It was super convenient for my commute to the university. The room was quiet and offered everything I would expect at a Marriott brand hotel.

The rooms have been beautifully renovated, and the new breakfast arrangement and layout is superb. The only downside is the enormous old outside generator at the back of the hotel which roars away day and night below the even number bedrooms preventing anybody to have a nice quiet night and getting any sleep! It is really noisy if you have... More

My daughter and I were visiting beautiful Burlington, Vermont. I have made many trips to Burlington in the past (my daughter attended UVM for two years several years ago), and I have stayed at many hotel properties in and around the Burlington area. The Courtyard is a nice property nestled in tress just off of Route 89. Our room had... More

Relatively new and sleek looking, it delivers the consistency of the Courtyard brand. Although I was a bit taken back by Carmen at the front desk, who felt it necessary to comment on the length of my SPANISH surname, at the cost of not even telling us where the elevators were located... Very small work out room. Given the choices... More

We accidently stayed here thinking we were staying at another Residence Inn that was close by. It was a good mistake as this hotel was much newer and cleaner than the other. Great gathering area outside with a fire pit and a nice pool area. Our room was nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Service was great – the level you... More

Real nice place to rest your head after a long day behind the wheel. Seemed to be recently updated, room was large compared to others I've stayed in, it was clean and the bed comfortable. Only downer was that there was a smell of cigarette smoke when you walk in the room. The staff deodorized but it only partially helped.... More

This place was packed and the poor woman at reception was the only one in sight. She was busy handling phone problems so after waiting sever as l minutes without being acknowledged I left and came back later after dinner to check in. The hotel is dingy and in need of a makeover. Just don't think Marriott and you won't... More
