We are from Cape Cod and visited for two days in December. Mitch, the inn keeper is so helpful, warm and funny, and I think he makes a great omelet . We were able to take our two rescue lab dogs with us which was nice and different. I am sure if you visit during off winter times you and... More

If you have a dog and wish to go somewhere that will make you feel at home, this is the place. Mitch was very accomodating. Murphy is the Paw House Inn. She makes you feel right at home. She makes a wonderful breakfast. She is very knowledgable about the area and she is very funny. You won't be diappointed and... More

Loved our stay, everything was wonderful. I have travelled a lot with our dogs but this place was the most dog friendly that I have experienced. If you are a crazy dog person like us, you will love it. Breakfast was delicious and really nice to sit on deck and see the lovely fall colours with our dog, Lily. Staff... More

Hubby and I took our new rescue dog, 10 year old Trixie, with us to go leaf peeping. Through my investigation, I found this place. Well: WOWZIE! It is fantastic! The service in all areas (human and doggie) is wonderful; the breakfast is scrumptious and the attention to detail was stunning. We were met in the driveway by Mitch, the... More

Great folks, great place, highest recommendation. I read some of the negative reviews and it was evident the people who wrote them are innately mean spirited and egocentric, just looking for something to be negative about, an affliction that is approaching epidemic proportions in the US. My dog Jackson and I were treated with kindness and respect, and I would... More

My husband and I have 2 medium/large dogs and being from NYC, we were looking for a place where we could treat our furry friends to a little vacation of their own. The Paw House was super cute, very clean, didn't smell like dog. Mitch was excellent and so was his staff, very accommodating and friendly, they even let us... More

We just came back from our 4th and best visit to the Paw House. We had never been there in the summer and it was beautiful -- lush and green with wild flowers growing everywhere. Mitch, the owner, greeted us like old friends. It is still the most fun and most comfortable place to stay with dogs. There is a... More

My dog Kensey and I visited Vermont earlier this month. The Paw House Inn was our last scheduled stop. Being faced with cutting our trip short because Kensey was not doing well in the hotels we stayed at, I told the owner of The Paw House we would probably only stay one night and then head home. Once we arrived,... More

My husband Dennis and I only stayed two nights but enjoyed it tremendously. We arrived as a thunderstorm began so were not able to take a walking tour but Jen showed us around and pointed out the Playhouse and dog park areas. Amber, our golden retriever, was able to go to several restaurants with us and we especially enjoyed the... More
