My wife and I and our dog had a great time at the Inn. They really gave you your space but it was very cozy place. There is so much to do near bye. We hiked, did some site seeing, and shopping. They really had a great set up for the dogs to play. The breakfast was really good and... More

We just left the Paw House Inn today after my boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights with our 2 dogs and we intend to go back to the Paw House Inn. Mitch, his son, and the entire staff made this a wonderful stay away from home for the dogs and us. We had room entitled Shakespeare's Retreat; it was... More

Great place- totally centered around creating a pleasant experience for both human and canine! The room: We stayed in The Shakespeare Suite, which was two adjoining rooms and a full bathroom. Plenty of space for us and three dogs. Homemade doggy treats on the pillow. Comfy queen size bed and twin daybed with crisp, bright white linens and soft pillows...no... More

Very nice place, beautiful room. Our dog slept in the bed with us (big king bed) and was very happy to play the ball in the large backyard. He is a rescue and for the first time, he was not stressed out because if staying for a couple of hours in the kennel. Some classical music was playing. We will... More

We had such a great time at the Paw House in January my husband and I decided to come back for another trip this winer with our 3 Bichons! Both trips we enjoyed skiing at local mountains Killington, Pico and Okemo. All are within 20-40 minutes of the B&B. While out and about we were very pleased with the care... More

We recently traveled from Millsboro, DE to Alburg, VT and back, stopping at the wonderful Hotel Palomar in Philadelphia, PA, with family in Alburg, then back down to West Rutland before heading home. Let me start by saying- we've stayed at a B&B in Annapolis, MD before and had a great experience and this is the first negative review I've... More

We don't pretend to be perfect and there are always opportunities to improve our services and even our wallpaper. But above all else, ours is a place of kindness and respect. Try as we may, we will never excel at pandering to guests who treat us and other guest's dogs with the disdain demonstrated within this review. Beyond the inappropriate... More

We spent one night at the inn with our two dogs. It was very clean and comfortable. One important note that I think helps keep the place so clean is you do have to remove outside footwear in the mudroom so remember to bring slippers/sandals for inside. We had the "Shakespeare" suite which consisted of two rooms/2 beds (queen and... More

This was our third time staying at the Paw House Inn, and we're looking forward to our 4th visit. If you love traveling with your dog, this is the place to go. You can hang out with your dog, or know that your dog is safe in their ample kennel space if you leave them behind to go to diner... More

LOVIE, our Japanese Chin, invited us for a 3 day getaway to Vermont. She chose the Paw House and she picked a great place! It catered to her every whim while giving us a comfy bed and room. She was treated like a queen and we were treated very well. Mitch was great...gave us all the best things to do... More
