I have to start by saying my wife wanted to leave as soon as we arrived! Although she has high standards, I agree that the place is old and dated! We bought a living social deal and didn't use both nights! Tv didn't even work well. Although they have a dinning room, we were served in the bar room? Salads... More

The Lodge at Mount Snow is not an upscale property. As most ski-centric hotels seem to be in the Northeast, this one is old, run-down, and in need of some TLC. We were in a basement room that felt like a dungeon. The smoke alarm was broken and did not even have a battery. One of the light bulbs in... More

I need to preface this review with a note that we were there during a heavy snow storm and we booked with Living Social. Plus we arrived on Super Bowl weekend. This is not a luxury hotel, think more economy. The building itself needs help. Part of the hotel sign on Rt 100 is missing and we couldn't find anything... More

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel recently. Would absolutely recommend. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly. I thought the food was great. My room wasn't fancy, but was perfectly comfortable. Best of all, lush that I am- I appreciated the warm atmosphere of the pub (with the reasonably priced beer, fireplace and friendly bartender). The shuttle to... More

You walk into the lodge and are immediately treated like family. The staff there is passionate about hospitality and treating their guests like friends. While the hotel itself is a little "antiquey", the rooms are spacious and comfy and the bar, restaurant and lounge are cozy and nice. All the food is home made and the employees are extremely accommodating... More

I wanted to take my boyfriend on a snowboarding trip and I jumped to buy the LivingSocial deal when I saw it. After purchasing, i read these reviews and I was terrified. We figured that we would only want to stay in the hotel to sleep anyway, so we'd make the best of it. We arrived at 12:30 and there... More

We used a Living Social voucher to stay at this property just after the New Year. Although the property is located just a shuttle drive away from Mt. Snow, it is in pretty rough shape. If you are a college student and want to experience dorm life in another venue, then this is the place for you. If you are... More

My girfriend and I stayed at The Lodge over New Years Eve and the experience was legendary! From the owner Jim to the entire staff my sincere thanks and congratulations on renewing my faith in the dying art of Hospitality! Jim greeted us at the front desk with a hearty welcome and informed us of the evenings festivities as our... More

I just came back from a MLK Weekend trip with a group of friends at The Lodge at Mt Snow. I live in NYC and have been traveling to the area for several years and have stayed in other hotels, rented houses and share houses. For the money, location and quality this is the best place to stay! Our rooms... More

After reading many of these reviews, I was quite concerned about using my Living Social voucher and staying here. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. I visited the area to ski and just needed a place to keep my stuff and sleep at night. The lodge could use some updating but the rooms were clean and the... More
