I read several pages of reviews, but unfortunately it was AFTER buying a Living Social Voucher. My girlfriend and I planned a girlfriend's weekend in Dover after purchasing the LS voucher. The ONLY reason we didn't leave after the first night was because we didn't want to completely ruin our weekend. Now, where to begin with this review. The lobby... More

First off, they have dining on-site, which I initially assumed was more of a cafeteria/camp experience, because of their offering of specific dinners each night. I have to say that although the dinner was uniform (surf and turf, for everyone) the food was really great. We brought our vegetarian daughter with us and they made a point to offer her... More

When you arrive at the hotel you feel as if nothing has changed in the last 30 years. The hotel is in a desperate need of a face lift, paint job, new carpets, new curtains, new lobby furniture, new room furniture, etc, etc. Although the hotel is not up to date, the staff tries very hard to please you. Front... More

We bought the Living Social package, which seemed like a pretty good deal, at the time. I called ahead the day before and was told that check-in time was 5pm. We arrived the next day, around 5:30pm to find that our room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait 15-20 minutes. The package I purchased stated that we would... More

This is an old fashioned ski resort that offered a grea deal through Living Social. Two night stay, one dinner for 2, breakfast, picnic lunch, specials on message, kayak, canoe or bike rental. All this for $169 for two night stay during the summer. This is not a fancy place--very causal spot right on Route 100. The staff was very... More

We had a great time! Wasn't sure what to expect but were welcomed like family or old friends. Jim and the staff were very accomodating. We were promised meals but we certainly didn't expect a surf and turf with a whole lobster and steak! It was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Summer is off season but Mt. Snow region has... Stayed here last fall also with a Living Social voucher. We again were not disappointed and will surely come again. Rooms were a little warn but totally clean and more than adequate. Breakfast was provided both days and was very fresh. Dinner also included one night was a whole lobster, steak, baked potato and corn on the cob. Salad and... More

Although the hotel is older its still a good choice . Went there on a deal from living social. The best part of the stay was the people who went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The food was outstanding, rooms were old and dated but very clean will return again.

After my husband bought a Living Social deal, I read a lot of reviews and I must say I was skeptical. After checking in though, my mind was at ease. The Lodge is clean and well maintained. The rooms are a good size. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom had sufficient water pressure and the room was mold... More

...after reading some of the other reviews. In fact, I was a bit scared. But it was a nice stay and a great value for the cost of the Living Social deal. Don't expect a luxury resort. It is a ski lodge for those who ski all day and only crash there at night. It's true, the walls are thin,... More
