This place is not only a total dump, but the people working there are inconsiderate and dishonest, with no customer service skills. I was scheduled to stay there a few weeks ago - but due to unforeseen complications, I had to cancel my reservation. They refused to refund my money, and offered to give me a credit for a future... more

This motel while not fancy is very comfy and is supported by an extremely helpful and easy going staff. Great place to bring kids and has everything neccesary to enjoy the wonderful skiing at Mt Snow. I have stayed there four years in a row and have always had a positive experience. more

Dump, dump, dump!!!!! This place makes 1313 Mockingbird Lane look like the Ritz Carlton! Believe me we are not picky people. The bathroom tile, tub and curtain were full of black, slimy mold. The bed sheets didn't fit and during the middle of the night you found yourself sleeping directly on the disgusting mattress, Half the vanes in the vertical... more

We were disppointed at first with the room. It did smell and was very old. We were actually ready to leave and search for another hotel but someone told us they were in the process of renovating so we took a chance and went to inquire. We met Cindy who was working at the front desk. Immediately and without hesitation,... more

We booked our stay through our ski club. I've stayed in this hotel before and it wasn't bad. This year - the jacuzzi was broken, and the pool was cold, also our room it smelled like smoke, and we had no hot water. This was the worst experience we ever had. I don't recommend this place. more

Stayed at Andirons in late November. Positive aspects of our stay: the lobby was bright and comfortable with sitting areas, big screen TV and free wi-fi (kind of comes and goes though). Convenient location about a mile from Mount Snow. A 7-11 is next door. Negatives: Our room was in the "out" building in the back; supposedly these rooms are... more

Read their ads and you think you're getting a good deal for the price, but the reality is worse than any motel you could ever find! They promise "….to take great measures to ensure that our guests receive every amenity they desire and experience every service and courtesy they deserve", HAH! No pool, no spa (they said the pool was... more

Paid 150 on short notice for 3 people on a Holiday vacation week thinking it was “newly renovated” as touted in their advertisements. Not sure was newly renovated but it certainly wasn’t our room. The room we stayed in was a large room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. Unfortunately located in an out building and... more
