I'll make this really simple. Pros: Very close to Mt. Snow, clean rooms, good mattresses Cons: Cheapest toilet paper, smallest bath towels, no phones in room, miniscule rooms, worn out carpets, horrible coffee, no name brands liquor or sodas. They turn the heat down at night, even if you want it warm in your room. I also didn't think it... more
The Matterhorn Inn is an fantastic place to stay! I had no idea where to find lodging in the Mt. Snow area as there are so many options. It was recommended to me as a nice, reasonably priced inn by a local merchant. Well, they were right. The Matterhorn has beautiful ambience and the owner and his family makes one... more

My room (suite) was clean and wonderfully appointed with quaint furniture and offered a beautiful view of the woods and a whirlpool tub! The hotel is set in the... more
Spend News Years eve there. The owners Wanda and Joseph made us part of the family. The chef Mike was proud to show us the kitchen. The food had a good spice to it. Will come again. more
