A great destination. Ski in ski out with great heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Has varied units from a hotel room to 3 bedroom apts. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the lobby which is always good. There is a small deli and a clothing shop. Always fun.

This hotel is great. It's not too fancy...which keeps the price reasonable. It has all the amenities that you need to make a ski trip with kids easier! Car and ski valet, onsite restaurants, pool, hot tub (with mountain views), ski in/out, bar, spa, etc. we had a great time here. We had a one bedroom loft. Lots of room... More

Dear Luvstotravel5, Thanks for letting us know about your experience. We strive to make things as "easy" as possible- coordinating kids with all there equipment on to the hill isn't always easy, so we work hard to eliminate some of those frustrations. I will pass on your comments about the magic show to our magician, Jay! Thanks again, Sam Atwood... More

Booked our room in September for a loft room, we called 2 weeks ahead of time to make sure everything was set for our trip in February and they said we were all set for the loft. When we got here we didn't get the room we booked. We got a small hotel room with a Murphy bed in the... More

Returned to the Grand Summit for successive two-night stays during the first two weeks of December. First one - right after after Thanksgiving!! Despite challenges of changeover from Thanksgiving to December during renovations, Grand Summit was very presentable. Second stay occurred a week later and you could feel the comfort level within the resort......they were excited and ready for winter... More

We stayed here one night during our trip to view the beautiful fall foliage. We stayed during Oktoberfest so the grounds was very busy. The resort had great bike and walking trails. We did take a nice hike before dinner. The views at this resort were beautiful!!! We had a balcony that faced the side of the mountain and the... More

This is going to be a very interesting review to write. Everything that could really irritate and drive a reviewer crazy... happened. However, it is all in customer services and how things are handled when things need to be corrected. I would give this hotel a 5, but you would call me a liar after reading this review. First of... We had a outstanding stay at the Grand Summit. The staff was friendly and courteous. It made our vacation very enjoyable.Although there is not many trails open on the mountain, what is open, they are in great shape. We skied top to bottom all day from the ski in ski out Grand Summit.

Spent two nights in a hotel room with two beds. The room was very simple , clean and middle of the road appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the hotel has a terrific location for skiing. The staff was nice. But the place really is in need of a complete makeover. The hallways need paint and are seriously outdated.... More

Wonderful setting and friendly and helpful staff although a bit out in the wilds but that is what you need in Vermont. visited whilst on a trip to New England in the Fall. Rooms large and some have balconies. Good choice of food in restaurant
