Who can say that they were married in a tree-house? We can...and so can you! What a fantastic way to create one of the best memories ever. Booking the tree-house at Moose Meadow Lodge was hands down the best decision we made while in Vermont for our wedding. Greg (the owner and Justice of the Peace) performed our ceremony and... More

We couldn't have asked for better hosts than Greg and Willie. My partner and I stayed for four nights and it was perfect the entire time. We stayed in the Teddy Bear Room and it was very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. On the second day that we were there we got married by Greg, who is also a... More

My daughter and I spent two nights at the Moose Meadow Lodge in the Mountain View room and our only regret was our stay was much too short. We planned a day hike at Camel's Hump and rather than drive home after a long day, we were lucky enough to find availability during busy fall season to turn it into... More

Had a wonderful but all to short a stay at Moose Meadow Lodge. Willie and Greg were the most gracious hosts. They arranged last minute reservations for us at two of the best restaurants in town. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. The steam shower in the “Teddy Bear” room is not to be missed. Would love to return during colder... More

I've often romanticized the idea of camping, only to be reminded of its less desirable aspects (sleeping on the hard ground, fighting the inclination to slide to one side of your tent because the ground underneath is not 100% level). This, however, is the way to go. My partner and I spent a wonderful night in the amazing tree house... More

We got married here in October 2011. It was the best day of my life so far. Greg and Willie were excellent hosts. The lodge was just perfect for the intimate wedding we wanted. I'll never forget the views of the leaves changing on the trees, the multiple rainbows that appeared that day, the warm lodge, the wonderful breakfast food... More

Greg and Willie made us feel welcome and like a member of their family while we stayed at the Moose Meadow Lodge. Willie cooked up a great breakfast while Gregg entertained with his wealth of information about Vermont and places to visit. The observation area is worth the hike - you can see the beautiful mountains from the top of... More

This place was amazing. The house is stunning and the tree house is a work of art. The breakfast they provided each morning went beyond great. It provided the opportunity to meet the other guest and reflect on the new days adventures. I was surprised how much I laughed first thing in the morning considering I am not a morning... More

We LOVED the MML. Greg and willie were fantastic hosts and made us feel very much at home. It's obvious they really care about ensuring every guest has a relaxing time. Beautiful setting and the lodge itself is a work of art! The whole place was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were delicious and shared around one table on the deck with... More

Moose Meadow Lodge is a small B&B (just four rooms) where even first-time guests are made to feel like welcome friends. Greg and Willie's amazing lodge is a great mix of craftsmanship and their personal passions. The woodworking is astonishing. The collection of taxidermy amazing. But none of that would really matter if the rooms were not comfortable, the breakfasts... More
