We agree entirely with all the other glowing reviews. Maxine and Graham are charming, warm and friendly hosts and Maxine is a whizz in the kitchen. ( See previous review re fab breakfast) It's a lovely spot to stay and, being brits, we loved the breakfast room and the radio tuned to an english radio station! Don't let that put... More

We just spent a weekend in Vermont, attending a wedding, and had the great fortune to stay at the Sugartree Inn. Maxine and Graham are warm, gracious innkeepers and made us feel right at home. The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast..........oh the breakfast! Maxine is pure magic in the kitchen. A three-course breakfast staring with oatmeal the likes... More

The Inn is beautiful!! It's home away from home!! The Innkeepers are superb human beings. This is the only place we stay in New England. The beds are amazing along with the perfect bedding! Five full weeks total spent here and never had the same breakfast twice, simply remarkable food!! We're not skiers but if you are this place is... More

We were in VT for a ski weekend at Sugarbush mountain. We had a wonderful stay at the Sugartree Inn. They have cozy fireplace room where our group was able to sit and enjoy appetizers and wine that we had brought from home. There were homemade cookies and your choice of tea, hot chocolate, etc. upon arrival. Breakfast was amazing!... More

An overnight visit while skiing at Sugarbush. Second day of skiing, a bit icey, accommodations at the Sugartree Inn, the best! The hosts, Maxine and Grahm, go out of their way to see that you are settled in and have everything you need. The room we stayed in, the Purple Finch, was perfect for two. The room was clean, comfy... More

My husband and I just for back from a weekend ski trip at Sugarbush. We stayed at the Sugartree B & B based on reviews we read on trip advisor. We were not disappointed! This B & B was awesome. It was quaint, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in Grosbeak. The room was large and bright with views of... More

What we will remember the most from our stay at the Sugartree , besides our wonderful hosts, is breakfast. By far the most wonderful. So perfect on cold winter days before heading to the slopes. The location cannot be better, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved the English flair.

Maxine and Graham have created a homey, cozy retreat right next to a great ski area and lots of other fun things to do and see. If you want a non traditional experience, complete with some British Flair, we highly recommend you stay here. We stayed in Nut Hatch and LOVED the room and the location. I am sure all... More

Our trip started off terrible: our car broke down hours into our trip to VT. When I called Graham to let him know we'd be coming it late he immediately upgraded our room and stayed up late to make sure we got in fine. Waiting for us were fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and a warm fireplace. The breakfasts are... More

Graham and Maxine are the perfect hosts, and this B&B is as close to the Sugarbush skiing as you can get without being on the mountain. Amazing 3-course breakfasts (which our family eagerly anticipated selecting each night when placed on our door), immaculate and well-appointed rooms, and a wonderfully British décor made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. There... More
