My wife and I just returned from Claybrook,Sugarbush. Went there for a quiet weekend before we start skiing. We're used to the hustle and bustle of every day life - this was a quiet break from that. This time of year most places are closed and the resort is quiet, for us this was a major plus. We wanted to... more

When at Sugurbush you need to stop in at the Timbers Restaurant. From the moment we pleasently greeted by Misse the hostess/manager to the great service by Donna and the friendly bartender Chris it was truely a GREAT experiance. The food was great (the best NY Strip I have had in a long time) the service was great from the... more

We recently returned from a nice trip to Clay Brook at Sugarbush, and really had a great time. The accommodations are great, with granite counter tops, lcd tvs, and tastefully decorated and new rooms. The surrounding area is beautiful. It was quiet, and the pool was nice. The only thing we would caution about the resort is that many of... more

Truly amazing place to stay. Midweek during summer the place is empty. No one at the pool or restaurant. On the down side everything is closed during the week, no chairs are running to biking or other activites. We had a studio it was great, super comfy beds. There is a pool on site and hot tubs. You also have... more

Had a wonderful stay with my girlfriend over the last weekend and through the super bowl. Service was great and our room (studio with king bed and kitchenette) was really nice. Four poster bed, gas fireplace was really nice. Nice extras are the ski valet, boot warming room, hot tubs, and of course the outdoor heated pool. You do indeed... more

Both luxurious and down-to-earth, Clay Brook is the gem of Sugarbush and a classic Vermont slopeside skiing option. We loved the room - clean and tasteful. We loved the staff - friendly and accommodating. We loved the value - full kitchen, free wifi, valet parking, gym, hot tub. Steps away from the slopes. And a good $100/night cheaper than equivalent... more

My brother and family have a 4 bedroom unit here. I live in Stowe, which has a mostly friendly rivalry with the Sugarbush Valley. My son and i visit them at Claybrook a couple of times a year. The unit is Luxurious! I have been in the hospitality business for 30 years. These guys got it right! (pay attention Spruce... more

We stayed in Claybrook close to the end of the season, which meant a walk-in and bargain with the desk clerk was possible. As the hotel was quiet, (we checked in on a Monday for 4 nights) we got an excellent deal. The room was superb, the jacuzzi after a hard day on the slopes was just what the doctor... more
