I stayed 2 nights here with my daughter and loved it! The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We loved our room -- comfy bed, great bath. They have paid close attention to details. Our breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area!

Our stay at the Yellow Farmhouse Inn introduced us to Waitsfield and we are now in love with the area. The Inn is conveniently located near great farm-to-table restaurants, an amazing farmers market, beer shops, cafes and swimming holes. Their homemade breakfasts were delicious, as were the freshly baked snacks in the afternoon. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts,... More

My husband and I just returned from a lovely Vermont hideaway....The Yellow farmhouse Inn. What absolutely makes the experience here so special are the owners themselves, Mike and Sandra. They are both so warm and inviting plus helpful with traveling hints within their area. The breakfasts are scrumptious as are the afternoon home made treats. Forget your diets while here!... More

My husband and I stayed at the Yellow Farmhouse Inn the last week in June, and it was an incredible experience. Mike and Sandra were such welcoming, warm, and gracious hosts. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious as well. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. We would sit on the front porch early in the evening and take in... More

Three couples met here the first weekend in June. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, spending time talking with their guests, making recommendations for restaurants, where to take a nice walk. The view from the front porch - breath taking, no need to leave if all you want is to relax. Outside, there are plenty of seating options spread around... More

I stayed at the Yellow Farmhouse Inn over Memorial Weekend, and I couldn't have thought of a better way to vacation in Vermont. The breakfasts that Sandra made were outstanding! She served us something different every day - from farm-fresh eggs, to french toast. When we returned after a great bike ride in Burlington, treats welcomed us in the lobby... More

For our annual sisters' reunion we chose the charming town of Waitsfield, Vermont----and best of all, we chose the Yellow Farmhouse Inn for our accommodations. We all agreed it was the best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had. The farmhouse, with plenty of outside seating areas, has well-kept gardens and beautiful views of the Mad River Valley countryside.... More

Our family stayed here for a week during March Break and felt like we had a home away from home. Our room was the one on the main floor with an outside door located just to the left of the front door. This room is very spacious with a separate master bedroom, a pull out couch in the living room,... More

We spent three days at the Yellow Farmhouse Inn in mid-March and really have only good things to say. This is a clean, comfortable, well-run bed and breakfast. It is in a very nice location, off the main road (Route 100) in Waitsfield, so it is an especially quiet spot. There are nice open views eastward to the mountains on... More

My wife & I visited the area from 14th to 17th March during our travels around the east coast of USA. Mike & Sandi were the perfect hosts & always willing to share their knowledge of the area & further out. Sandi cooked up some yummy breakfasts & mike was the perfect waiter in the morning. I would highly recommend... More
