Beautiful property in the valley! We stayed only for a night but left craving to come back asap. Don't let the simple outdoor facade fool you, the inn is modern and well appointed. In fact I had a better appreciation for the simple cedar exterior upon checkout. The innkeepers are a lovely, well traveled and thoughtful couple themselves - every... More

The inn keepers pay meticulous attention to every detail. The cooked to order breakfast sourced from local ingredients was delicious. The inn is spotlessly clean. The furnishings are an interesting mix of traditional New England furniture and beautiful wooden pieces from Asia. The art and other decorations are also an ecletic and tasteful mix. The public rooms (living room, dining... More

A wonderful experience!!! The whole place is tastefully decorated and our room was lovely. The bedding and furniture in our room was just as described...a very luxurious atmosphere... The meals were delicious (we had breakfast and dinner.) The hosts very attentive to your needs. A definite place to stay if ever in the area!!!

I was expecting a typical B&B, and every aspect of this Inn was a pleasant surprise. Walking up an unremarkable stairwell to the floor where the room was, the first noticeable surprise was the fine decoration, art, and tasteful furniture in a spotless living room / fireplace room. Its decoration was surprisingly high end, with a guitar should one indulge... More

A friend and I stayed at the Weathertop Mountain Inn after getting fit for bikes at FitWerx. Not that impressive from the outside although the gardens must be beautiful in the summer. The hall ways and doors need some serious updating, but the room was great - nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. The common room was inviting and... More

It doesn't look appealing from the exterior, but this is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious room. If you prefer the over cluttered B&Bs, this isn't for you. Plenty of room for your stuff. The host has an extensive wine list, just the thing needed at the end of the day. Prices for the wine vary, depending on selection.... More

We've been staying at rather high end inn's on this "Leaf Peeping" trip but couldn't find a place at this location. We booked at the Weathertop. Admittedly when I first saw it I thought it was a mistake. It turned out to be really comfortable. The innkeepers were excellent, as was the breakfast. I spent a rainy afternoon in the... More

We highly recommend staying here, but book early because there are only 8 rooms. We had the best experience with friendly and helpful hosts, Lisa and Mike. The food was excellent and made to order. Our room had attention to detail and everything looked brand new.

The inn keepers were so friendly. The inn itself was adorable. The rooms were spotless and charming. The breakfast was made to order, made from fresh local ingredients, and delicious. We will be back someday!

At first glance Weathertop Mountain Inn looks like a basic ski lodge set in manicured grounds and backed up to a hill so it is very private. But the real surprises await inside. Guest rooms are on the second and third floors and each is unique but also uniquely beautiful. Our room, named after Olympic gold medal skier Andrea Mead... More
