The best lodging in the Mad River Valley, in my opinion, based on budget and hospitality. It has really reasonable rates (less expensive than almost any of the others), but offers a full breakfast like some of the higher priced B&Bs. I've been there in summer, and also during ski season. This is the best value in Central Vermont. They charge a reasonable rate and give a full breakfast, as well. The cinnamon french toast was my favorite, but I also had some good pancakes. They have a nice location on the river, too. I went fishing, but didn't catch anything, unfortunately. more
