My friend and I stayed at the Liftline Lodge during their one nighter deal that honestly was one of the best finds EVER in Vermont. Yes, this hotel is very old and in need of a major gut renovation. I suppose if we were there during high peak ski season with a ton of people partying I might have a... More

Hotel is very old and rundown but I was just there to sleep and not to spend a lot of money. Perfect! No front desk, no internet, missing doors on dresser in our room. Dorm like setting! It is very close to the mountain and all the stores.

Over the years I have stayed at the LiftLine Lodge many times. If your a picky person, then go spend a lot more money and stay somewhere else either on or off the mountain. I go to Stratton to ski and have fun, and have someplace to relax and rest my head. Ive never had any problems at the LIFTLINE... More

we stayed over New Year's. It was the only place available. Stay here if it is your only choice. There were a bunch of younger people with dogs staying here. They hung out in a lounge area with their dogs. One of the dogs barked all night. I was told this place is going to be torn down and rebuilt... More

I'm not picky and I knew what to expect with this place since I've stayed here a couple times before. The room they gave us was on the first floor but felt like a basement. The hallways were dark and there were scattered maintenance equipment laying around. We felt like we made a wrong turn looking for our room. Sadly,... More

Easter weekend 2013, I called Stratton to see if they had any ski and stay deals late in season that would be a better deal than staying in Manchester. They gave me a rate that was $200 pp for 2 nights and 2 tickets. Too good to be true so I came to this site to read reviews. Most reviews... More

Yes, this hotel is worn and outdated, but our king-sized bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the shower was hot, and the price was right. My husband and I are in our 50s and go to bed early because we ski from opening to closing, so we brought a white noise maker which drowned out the party... More

When you book the room over the phone, the rep will tell you it is outdate. Yes, it is old, but who care if you pay very little and just want a place to rest your head. I actually thought it was awesome that it was outdate. The lamps were neat, the bathroom was old school yellow, and the dresser... More

It is old and worn and can be noisy, but our unit was clean with clean sheets, hot water, and a coffeemaker with coffee provided. The location is within a 5-10 minute walk to the lifts and you can take a shuttle from the Inn. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bring a fan or other white noise generator and ear... More

I read the reviews and was not sure what to expect. Here are the good parts - heat ( a little too hot) - check , hot water ( VERY hot)- check, clean new comfortable beds – check, clean room – check, No noise issues during the week days – check, walking distance to lifts - check. Rooms are old... More
