The owners were very outgoing and helpful. That's pretty much the best part of the place (and the price). The term "you get what you pay for" definitely applies. 10 of us stayed at this resort/hotel/motel for 2 nights just before the New Year. The reason we picked this property simply because it didn't have the ridiculous minimum stay requirement as the majority of the hotels in the area during the holiday weekends. We spent 2 nights in the beginning of March 2007 at the Farm Resort. We were looking for a place close to the ski area without paying 150+ $ a night. Nearly impossible in and around Stowe.
