My fiance and I took a week off in early-mid January and I decided to stay at this place because of the great reviews as well as how quaint it looked as a country home. We only stayed for 2 nights but would've stayed longer if they weren't fully booked for that weekend. In short, we absolutely loved Timberholm inn.... More

We decided to stay here after reading reviews on trip advisor. It met all expectations, the breakfast was indeed enough to keep you going until tea time, we didn't quite make the most of breakfast as we're used to a small bowl of cereal but it was nice to have some traditional Vermont style breakfast! The cookies in the afternoon... More

What a relaxing, warm and cozy place to stay, great hospitality, warmth and food (including warm cookies in the afternoon). And breakfast who needed to eat lunch? We stayed here in late December 2011. There are two fireplaces to read by or watch a movie, which we did both and thoroughly enjoyed. Best review question, would you return, answer is... More

We stayed at this B&B in late October 2011 and really had a wonderful time. The owners were wonderful and took the time to make sure our stay was perfect. The breakfasts were incredible (pumpkin pancakes, wonderful quiches, fresh fruit and more!) and the evening cookies with a roaring fire really made the mood special. Whether you are ski buffs,... The Timberholm Inn was a fabulous Vermont experience. Not only is the town of Stowe full of things to do and beautiful scenery to gaze at but the Timberholm Inn was like a home away from home(but even better than our current home as it had a hot tub, fireplace, games to play, etc.) to go back to each evening.... Breakfast is FABULOUS! B & B is super clean and homey! It's a few turns off the main road so it's SUPER quiet....perfect for a Vermont getaway! Thank you, Susan and Tom! More

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was the Aspen room, which has a king bed. We loved the lodge great room with its large community tables and sitting area around the fireplace. If you go to a B&B to interact with other guests, this setting encourages interaction. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time at... More

We're so glad you enjoyed meeting and spending time with other guests. That is one of the great things about staying at a B & B like ours is the interaction with some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Tom & Susan More

We loved this B&B. Our room, the Butternut room, was as advertised. Small and cozy, but just enough for us. Walls were a little thin though. The bed was very comfortable. The living room had a great fireplace, comfortable couches with a great deck overlooking the mountains. The grounds were beautiful as well. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Homemade goodies... Perhaps the best part of staying in this inn is, in addition to the great hosts, is the pubic area. It's warm, relaxing and very inviting. The fireplace during the chilly evenings, the always available coffee and tea; the freshly baked cookies, the excellent view, the wrap around balcony...it was great. Our only caution: The "tiny" rooms are truly tiny.... More

Good advice. The tiny room as exactly as described and best for folk looking for a good value and who don't spend a lot of time in their rooms. The common areas offer plenty of room to stretch out. And just so you know, 4 of our rooms do have TVs in them. Tom More
