We just stayed a weekend in Stowe at the Town & Country Inn. We did not actually choose this hotel because we were with a group and that is where we were set up to stay. With that being said, I would probably not choose to stay there again. It is not 100% terrible but it could definitely use some updates. The room was relatively clean but had a funky smell when we walked in. It was a good size with a king size bed which we enjoyed as well. There are some parts that need a little TLC though. The lobby was fine, check in painless & a pretty nice individual tending the desk. Downstairs, there is a restaurant and bar that weren't open for us but seem OK, nothing great and definitely no fine dining here. There is a good bike path that takes you to town that we used & was nice because we knew it was a mile to town so it's easy to clock your run, walk or ride.
