I found the Honeywood from the recommendation of a fellow employee, who has been to Stowe with his family. I had to come here on a conference, and the resort where the conference was held was over my company's budget. The rooms are large and very clean, and the owners eager to please. I hope to come back with my... more

We stayed at the Honeywood Lodge & Inn in the October foliage season. We found it charmingly decorated, super comfortable, impecable service, and friendly owners. It was like visiting your best friends; they even served afternoon refreshments including fresh baked oatmeal cookies and Vermont cheese. Also, the hot tub under the full moon was hard to beat. Regardless of the... more

Been to the Honeywood Inn and Lodge several times and I have to say that it is my sole place to hang my hat while visiting the Stowe area. Bill and Carolyn, the owners, are extremely friendly and welcoming, and are always around to tell stories and provide delicious food and cheery conversation. The rooms are excellent, well furnished and... more

Been staying at this inn for 15 years. Started going when I was young with my parents, now I bring my children there! Close to everything, cozy, quiet, and very friendly hosts! Amazing breakfast-homemade raspberry waffles are the best! more

My wife and I have been staying at the Honeywood Lodge and Inn at least once a year for several years now. After a rather disappointing stay at another Stowe hostelry we found the Honeywood Lodge and would not go anywhere else in Stowe. Service is always friendly and the rooms are delightful, each one being decorated differently. We like... more
