It was cheap, and they let us bring the dog, but they charged $25/dog, so the room was actually around $80 night. The place was filthy and disgusting and smelled like smoke. The cleaning people walked in 2-3 times while we were in our room. While discussing whether we should look for another pet friendly hotel in the area, we... More

Upon arrival I found that they had canceled my reservation without my knowledge so I spent more time than I wanted to checking in. Then...the whole building smelled like dirty feet and smoke. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed in what looked like months, I found a fake finger nail next to the bed, the headboard was... More

Booked this location through Expedia. Got a great rate, $59.00 per night for a three night stay. Although the room was large, clean and comfortable the halls and general condition of the property was shaby. Traveled solo to a Hunting & Fishing show where I was a vendor. Ok for me but would not like to have taken my wife... More

Front desk staff were friendly. The room was cheap and appeared clean however the entire building, C building, smelled like intense cigarette smoke. My clothes even smelled like cigarette smoke the next day. I booked a non smoking room online and was told it was non smoking but it must have just got redesignated that status the day I arrived.

I figured we'd be compromising on some things when we locked in our rate of $60/night. I mean, that's pretty cheap, and we're easy going and thought it would be cool. So they get a star for cheapness. But that's about it. Cons The smell - the whole building we were in (Unit B) smelled like cigarette smoke. In a... More

The few positive reviews got us to take a chance. My wife and I needed an inexpensive, safe place to stay overnight before kidney surgery at nearby Fletcher Allen Health Care. I was born in Burlington, and this was the old Howard Johnson restaurant site. Remember all-you-can-eat fried clams for $1.99? Really great onion rings at Big Burger for $.75?... More

After asking for a room furthest from the smoking section (Really? In 2012?), I was relieved to find that, while the hallway smelled of smoke, our room did not. It was also fairly clean and comfortable. Based on past reviews, I was hesitant to stay here, but this provided all the basic necessities for one night's sleep for half the... More

Well walking into the room, it seemed nice, it was large, the bed was large, but then I sat on the bed... and it was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was decent, until I went to take a shower. The shower head was the same height as my head and I'm not THAT tall 5'5". The water went drastically from cold... More
