This place is extremely bare bones, so if that's what you need - great! There are 2 buildings, and the main building has much nicer rooms. The second building is of markedly lower quality. Pretty bad! First off, I'd like to clear up a few MISCONCEPTIONS and errors about this hotel, and the adjoining hotel: the Comfort Inn & Suites. The University Inn is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room smelled really badly, the bathtub had rust stains all over, the hotel should be half of the price I payed. Terrible! more
