The Maple Crest is an amazing place for "flatlanders" like me. Donna and her husband are true Vermonters, whose family has lived in this big brick farmhouse for generations. If you are looking for genuine old Vermont hospitality, lodging & wonderful breakfast, including their own fine Maplecrest Maple Syrup,, this is the place to stay. Clearly not your plush upscale B&B with all of the comforts of the city, but one that has all of the charms of the Vermont of the past 200 yrs. Every nook & cranny... More

We rented a home not too far away in the summer and we're struck by the picturesque beauty of this farm and the 1808 farmhouse so we stopped to inquire and met the innkeepers, Donna Smith and her husband. This home and farm have been in the same family for over 200 years and they have been taking guests for... More
