Yes, some wallpaper may be peeling. The ceiling may have a few cracks. One of the brass room numbers was missing from our door. But I felt the place was comfortable - like an old ball glove. The inn has definitely seen better days. The furniture in the room was quite literally falling apart, the bathroom was tiny (with a shower head that gave out little water), the wallpaper was peeling, and the staff was indifferent (they dropped off fresh sheets but did not bother to put them on the bed).
