This is a nice inexpensive Hotel for an overnight stay in Rutland, VT. They offer a continental breakfast as well as clean well maintained rooms. The outside could use some updating, but, don't let that fool you. The inside is very nice.

They do not even answer there phone half the time so how the hell can you make a reservation. I have read many reviews about the quality inn in rutland, vermont and it is a disgrace to even allow them to be open for business. I would love to know the owner/manager and would love to talk to him. Rooms... More

Upon check-in at 7pm we were given two rooms, one of which had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and told the gentlemen (Mike) that one of the rooms was dirty. Without apologizing he handed us keys to another room. After trekking back upstairs with our stuff we opened the door to another dirty room. Back... More

Cool lights outside, but awful customer service, room wasn't very clean, bed was uncomfortable, sheets didn't feel clean. Bathroom was dingy. Checked out without even staying the whole night. Do not go here!

I pulled up to this hotel, and could not tell where to go, because there was construction obscuring the entrance and no signs. The halls were dark and dirty, and the room was small and dreary. I checked carefully, and the bed and bathroom were surprisingly adequately clean. I felt insecure enough that I barricaded the door with a chair.... More

Room was of an acceptable standard. Lighting was poor and we felt inadequate . No lifts that we noticed. Hot breakfast was on the sparse side. . Staff pleasant enough. Free parking and wifi available.

So I load the Fam in the van for a weekend of Apple picking in upstate NY with a previous day overnight stay close by in Vermont (closest available hotel.) My daughter likes to swim so indoor pool is a must to make this a happy trip. So for some reason I picked this hotel and the price is not... More

Quality Inn was particularly kind and helpful when we urgently had to come to Rutland last March to help in the care of my sick and ailing mother. This was not a vacation visit, but rather a difficult and duress-filled trip home. The Quality Inn staff were very kind in giving us a compassion rate while we were here tending... More

Stayed here one night to be up at Killington for the spartan race on a Sunday. There are renovations ongoing, but we were not bothered by them as it was the weekend and they were done working. I was hesitant to see the room, but was pleasantly surprised. It appeared to have recently been redone. There was a microwave and... More

Stayed here three nights over Labor Day. This property is undergoing renovations which is creating some confusion. Our key cards kept deactivating which caused many trips to the front desk. No explanation was given. The front desk personnel seemed confused. The television quality was poor, and not many channels. Cold drink cups were tiny. Coffee maker was dirty upon arrival... More
