My family of four booked a last minute ski trip to Killington, the price was the reason why we picked this hotel. I paid $119.00 with tax came to $130. Prices to stay in Killington were triple that! My son was hoping for a pool and hot tub. The woman at the front desk was so nice and changed our... More

Stayed here for a short ski trip to Killington. The hotel is only about 15 minutes away from the mountain and the price was right at $129/night. Overall, it was just ok. The hotel is really very outdated and is in need of a facelift. Wallpaper is peeling in a lot of places, the carpet in the rooms is wrinkled... More

We've stayed at this hotel several times. We don't expect to get a premium room from this brand, just something clean and a simple breakfast. I heard the hotel changed owners recently and really hope the new folks improve things or we won't go back. The breakfast area is one fifth the size it needs to be. Seating is totally... More

Our daughter goes to college in nearby Poultney, so we have stayed in the area several times over the past 3 years. While we have stayed at other hotels, we find ourselves going back to Comfort Inn. The staff is always friendly, rooms clean & well - maintained and heat/ac in working order. The provided breakfast is sufficient and the... More

Yes. There are someone else's hairs all over my 4 pillows and sheets. I brushed as much hairs off as I could because I am dead tired and thought I could sleep on top of the sheet without covers and pillows as long as I pick kff all the hairs and sleep in my clothes. But the thought was too... More

Spent most of a week there. The bathroom has hot water and a nice shower. The heater unit is easily managed. If it snows hard, someone plows the driveway and shovels next to the cars. The beds are OK, and the pillows are superior because you have a good choice between hard and soft. The breakfast room includes do-it- yourself... More

The hotel is easy to find, though the check-in area is a one way lane, which is a bit confusing. People who work there are helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is big for a 2-star hotel. The room though clean, is dated, and I would really like to see a renovation. The hotel is not too close to the... More

having stayed tat the Comfort inn on Trolley Square in Rutland, VT, I can recommend that you stay on the 3rd floor as the first floor is very tired and needs a face lift. As I made comment to the General Manager, new carpet and a new lighting system to brighten the hallway of the first floor would be a... More

Poorly designed check-in. Had to park then go inside to check in instead of having drive through area for check-ins. Most parking was around back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice compared to some other motels we had stayed. Did not make it to breakfast.

The room was just your basic clean fare. Although, I did see some mold in the bathroom above the shower and the carpet was a bit threadbare. Hopefully that's just oversight in the room we stayed in. Overall the facilities are ok, but I did enjoy their breakfast and the staff were friendly.
