Yes. There are someone else's hairs all over my 4 pillows and sheets. I brushed as much hairs off as I could because I am dead tired and thought I could sleep on top of the sheet without covers and pillows as long as I pick kff all the hairs and sleep in my clothes. But the thought was too... More

Spent most of a week there. The bathroom has hot water and a nice shower. The heater unit is easily managed. If it snows hard, someone plows the driveway and shovels next to the cars. The beds are OK, and the pillows are superior because you have a good choice between hard and soft. The breakfast room includes do-it- yourself... More

The hotel is easy to find, though the check-in area is a one way lane, which is a bit confusing. People who work there are helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is big for a 2-star hotel. The room though clean, is dated, and I would really like to see a renovation. The hotel is not too close to the... More

having stayed tat the Comfort inn on Trolley Square in Rutland, VT, I can recommend that you stay on the 3rd floor as the first floor is very tired and needs a face lift. As I made comment to the General Manager, new carpet and a new lighting system to brighten the hallway of the first floor would be a... More

Poorly designed check-in. Had to park then go inside to check in instead of having drive through area for check-ins. Most parking was around back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice compared to some other motels we had stayed. Did not make it to breakfast.

The room was just your basic clean fare. Although, I did see some mold in the bathroom above the shower and the carpet was a bit threadbare. Hopefully that's just oversight in the room we stayed in. Overall the facilities are ok, but I did enjoy their breakfast and the staff were friendly.

We spent one night in this hotel while my wife and I were on a Fall leaf "peeping" trip thro' the Adirondacks and in Vermont. We booked here because all the other hotels we checked in Southern Vermont were fully booked or very expensive. As it was, the room charge of $147 incl tax was 50% more expensive than the... More

We had had 2 nights in a row at noisy hotels so when I called this hotel I was extremely detailed about what rooms we wanted, their location and the noise level in the hotel. Anit answered all of my questions, was extremely patient and took time to find the rooms he had that would fit our needs. He NAILED... More

After a convention in White River Junction, I drove across to Rutland. I was able easily to make a reservation for the Comfort Inn in Rutland. Even in the leaf season, the price was reasonable. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and in very good condition even though I think that it was built in the 1980s.... More

I was doing the Spartan Beast at Mt. Killington the following morning. I asked the front desk clerk to have rooms close to my buddy, and they said no because they were sold out. They couldn't even get us on the same floor. There were crackers, cheese, and apple cider at check-in that was nice. The cleaning lady was in... More
