Great place to visit!! My favorite time to visit is in October to check out the Vermont foliage. Room was clean. Employees were friendly and very helpful. Local shops and restaurants located close by. I recommend Leslie's Tavern for fine dining.

Our room in the cottage was lovely and the countryside was beautiful, but there was no one there to welcome us on arrival or for the whole evening just a letter of welcome for all guests. Again no one was available to help with a problem getting in to our room on the following night. That said the manager came... More

Stayed for a couple of days at the start of our New England tour. Lovely setting - surrounded by woods. Nice lounge area. Looks as good as it does in the photos! Great suite - large bed, separate living area with gas fire, patio. Only downsides were no wifi in the rooms and a slightly limited choice for breakfast.

This inn is a little bit hard to find, especially at night without signs, but we found out why.. It's a secluded lodge in the middle of Vermont, with no cell service and no televisions. It was nice to turn off our cell phones and sit outside listening to traffic from a distance. We could have sat in the spacious... More

We were met by the friendly inn keeper who showed us to our rooms (two couples). Since we arrived around dinner time, it would have been nice to have had a list of local places to eat. Upon request she did mention several local places, but neglected to comment that reservations would be required. After attempting to eat at three... More

An inn in central VT looked wonderful, on line, but didn't come up to expectations of guests. The room was comfortable, bed was good... those are the 2 positives for this inn. No WIFI except in lounge and spotty at best there. No TV (no problem, just noteworthy) and the hostess did not take us on a tour to see... More

85% of the Inn was great. The other 15% really needed attention to detail. First the good: Clean, spacious, beautiful setting, lots of potential. Now the bad: This inn would be wonderful if they would just go the extra step in everything they do. Upgrade the internet. TV in at least the common/game room. Light a fire in the fireplace... More

Let's start with the good; it was a beautiful country setting, very quiet. Beyond that, not much. It started when we arrived. The Inn is on a small dirt road. The Inn gives directions to come in from the north, over a covered bridge. My GPS told me to come in from the south. In doing this, I saw the... More

We only stayed one night and that was plenty. When we arrived our friends discovered wasps in their room. Then we noticed wasps in the front entrance way.None of us were stung which was great ! Our room hadn't yet been cleaned, there weren't any towels and the trash hadn't been emptied. It was a warm day and night and we didn't have an... More
