Lovely rural setting within a few miles of town. Extremely comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Stairs are steep and some of the rooms are in a separate house a short walk from the main building. Very disappointing help-yourself breakfast for an inn that is billed as a bed and breakfast. Two small refrigerators were stocked with bread, bagels and... More

We stopped at Three Stallions Inn for just the night on our drive from Boston to Montreal and what a lovely place! Just as pretty as a picture. This was May and was a bit cool but as we are from England it was fine. Our room was big and pretty, with a walk in shower and overlooked the paddock. BRILLIANT!... More

We stayed here for one night in order to decompress from a stressful medical appointment. I am so glad we decided to pay a little more in order to get a room with a private deck on which to sit and admire the beautiful scenery in this part of Vermont. The hotel has two lodging options - the Historic Inn... More

We arrived late after underestimating the VT country roads but found our key waiting for us and our room ready. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in room number 6 with a King sized bed and couch and full marble bathroom on the third floor. We enjoyed the convenience of yummy drinks and dinner at the Tavern onsite... More

What can one say about Vermont beyond - Gorgeous? Great little town in Southern Vermont. Not a lot of stores or glam but 1,300 acres of golf, hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. The Three Stallion Inn is a nice old estate with horses in the fields and a view of the golf course. We stayed in the Carriage house.... More

Our weekend at Three Stallion Inn was just lovely. The Inn has been nicely renovated with updates like heated floors, AC, new bathrooms but has kept much of the original woodwork and old world charm. The grounds, recreation barn & stables were well maintained and enjoyable. For a small In it was a bustle with activity. The Inn's Restaurant &... More

We stayed here last weekend and ate twice at the restaurant, which was surprisingly good (fiddlehead ferns!). The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the horse farm and ground terrific. grounds If you're looking for a great rural getaway or (as we did) have tickets for a concert at the town's lovely Chandler Music Hall, this is it.

We stayed two nights in a house a short walk from the main inn. It was graduation weekend at some local colleges we had a room with a king and a second room with two queens on the second floor. Bed very comfortable. We had some trouble with a leaky Keurig.which they quickly replaced. Breakfast was continental with cereals, fruits,... More

Just spent a night at Three Stallion Inn, very nice room (#5). Awesome shower w/ steam! Room was very clean, bed was huge. Staff was quite pleasant, continental breakfast was ready early, and tasty. Fresh fruit, etc. I'm sure it's a great place to stay in winter or summer!
