We stayed here for 6 weeks during the Vt Summer Festival Horse Show in 2008 and found the accommodations a bit shabby & worn, but serviceable. This year however, we started getting what we thought were very itchy mosquito bites at night... in odd places; like our ankles and tummies. Then one night, I picked up a fallen bedspread from the floor and out crawled...a bed bug!

I had never actually seen one before, so I tried to convince myself it was just some beetle. The bites persisted (a few new ones every night) however and then one morning my daughter pointed out a blood spot on the sheets though she had no cuts. There's no question now-

I can only hope that we didn't carry any home in our luggage!!! more
