I have stayed at the Inn many times over the last 2 years and I must say it is delightful. Gretchen welcomed us with a warm smile at the front desk and Patrick poured us great beers, was friendly and funny. The rooms are wonderful, the fireplace and towel warmer make get out of a hot shower bearable. The owner... More

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend in the Woodstock/Quechee/Norwich area of Vermont and had a lovely stay at the Norwich Inn. I've never written a review for lodging, but this inn was so wonderful, I had to take the time to let others know about our experience. | LOCATION: The Inn is very conveniently located less than a mile... This is our second stay at the Norwich Inn and it is one of the most delightful places we have ever stayed. We come here because they dog-friendly and have beautiful rooms suited for dogs and humans. In some 'dog' hotels, you feel like you are a second class citizen but these rooms have dog-motif drapes, beautiful artwork, dog bowls,... More

Stayed with my son as he was attending a baseball clinic at Dartmouth, very impressed with all staff while we were there from the call to make the reservation to checkout. We had a credit due to a cancelled reservation, which we were very happy and grateful to receive. We stayed in the building out back in a spacious, clean... More

We have stayed there a number of times. We like the newer buildings out back. The one we stayed in the last time had a fireplace and really large bathroom. The inn is really old and i am sure that some people would like the antique-ness part of it, but we like the nice new rooms. great breakfast too.

We enjoyed our night at the Walker section of the Norwich Inn. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the ease of its use. The towel warmer in the bathroom added a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is perhaps not the most objective review because we have been coming to the Norwich Inn for 20 years and consider it to be our home away from home in New England. While we live in San Diego now, our older son and his family live in the Upper Valley and we visit several times a year and stay... More

You know that 'just cleaned smell' you get when you go into a Marriott or other such hotel?? No such thing here. It is just clean, and lovely, and comfortable. The beds are heaven, with perfect linens. There is a fireplace, a separate building for when you bring your dog. There is a towel warmer in the bathroom! You will... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Norwich Inn on our drive through VT. We ordered a braised short rib sandwich and beer from the restaurant...very good. Beds were comfortable and loved looking out our window at the yellow and orange leaves on trees. The hot cider and berry muffins were a delicious morning treat before we went on our way!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Norwich Inn. My dad and I stayed there for 2 nights as we were attending the Dartmouth vs. Harvard football game. The inn is very cozy and comfy. The large living room area has a nice fireplace and couches where you can relax and read a good book or have a cup of... More
