My friend and I stayed here for 5 days during the Fall. We stayed in the back, newer part because my friend has a bad knee. The rooms were excellent, cozy and up to date. when we got there, the weather was unseasonably warm and the thermostat had been set to Fall temps, so we got it turned down. The... More

We stayed two nights on an active Columbus Day weekend. It was our first visit and the purpose was to view the foliage and other outdoor activities. The room was fine on the second floor. Nice, anytime coffee station available on main level. Great local brew and splendid cuisine at the on sight restaurant. My gripe was the lack of... More

This was my second time at the Norwich- I can't think there is a nicer place to stay- so I won't! My first visit was 2+ years ago while I was taking a bread class at King Arthur Flour- located just 1 minute away. I asked to stay in the old original house part- and it was lovely. So nice... More

Old Country Inn in a quaint town in Vt. Main part has a super neat bar, sitting rooms, and a large comfortable restaurant. The food is very good, fresh, large portions, and served by a staff with always a smile and very friendly. There are two newer buildings 15 feet behind the main house with additional rooms. The Walker house... More

I found the Norwich Inn through the VT Living website several years ago. This is now my Inn of choice when I visit Dartmouth College in nearby NH. The inn is historic but has a new addition out back which is where I have stayed every time. The rooms and always clean and comfortable. There is no pool, but not... More

This inn, located abaout 1.5 miles fr Dartmouth is part New England Inn and mostly motel. We stayed in the newer motel part. The rooms were spacious and clean but nothing special. The restaurant was good for breakfast (not included in rate). The staff was very friendly.

We stayed at the Norwich Inn for 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) right before Labor Day weekend and overall were very satisfied. We stayed in the Walker House in a Deluxe King room - we were assigned this room as part of the Romance Package they were running at the time we booked. The room was huge for an inn... More

We were in Norwich for the weekend visiting friends. There are very few places in the area to stay so we chose the closest, and were glad we did. The inn has been renovated inside and is quite nce, We were giving a beautiful king room in one of the back buildings (there are 2 buildings other than the main... More

We were excited to stay at a historic country inn that was also a brewpub. We were not disappointed! The Norwich Inn has nice accommodations, good wi-fi, convenient free parking and a fun, laidback atmosphere. Also VERY close to Dartmouth College.
