My husband and I were celebrating our 6th anniversary and we stopped by Rolands for the night on our way to Maine. We got to Rolands rather late but we still had time to eat dinner. I am not a huge fan of B&B's, but Roland's is quite a gem. The rooms are clean, well furnished, and full of charm. The owners are delightful folks. Lisa will always make you feel welcome. My husband is attending the Language school at Middlebury so we went up a little early and stayed in the area for one night at Roland's and it was our first time at a bed and breakfast and so we weren't sure what it would be like at all.
