This motel is excellent. Clean, clean, clean, friendly staff. Cookies and milk in the lobby in the evening hours. Granite top counter in bathroom. 4 pillows per bed, 2 in front are soft and 2 in back are firm. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Free wifi. Nice Breakfast bar with lots to choose from. The breakfast bar is open... More

Every morning when u wake up there all u smell is fresh eggs and bacon. They don't just have eggs and bacon, they also have sausage, ham, bagels, toast etc...... They also have computers for work and business rooms for meetings. I went up to Vermont for a hockey tournament at Norwich University.

I had a very good experience with this hotel, though I drove past it twice when I first got there as it's set back a bit from the road and behind a restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is two floors, no elevator, and the guy at the front desk kindly offered to carry my suitcase upstairs for... More

We just spent an over-night, and I was pleasantly surprised on the service of a Comfort Inn. Having not stayed in one in a while (we prefer Marriott), and was the closest to Norwich U, my recollection was one that was not favorable....but since it got good reviews, and was the most convenient for our needs, why not. For starters,... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Comfort Inn. Service was welcoming, friendly and superb. Special mention for Jesse at the front desk who went out of his way to accommodate our family last minute and provide us with local information. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

When I travel for business I often wind up at chain hotel properties that are fairly nondescript. The rooms all look the same, the lobbies look the same, even the breakfast rooms look like mirror images of each other. While this property ticked all the boxes in the typical chain hotel category, it stood out for a few reasons. First,... More

I stayed at this r nearly a week while working nearby. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room clean and the breakfast buffet good. The check-in desk is located up a flight of stairs from the parking lot, and, although there is a ramp, it's hard to find, since it starts halfway across the parking lot and is hidden... More

Somehow we mistakenly booked an "accessible" room. Staying in an accessible room when you don't need it can be a pain, especially the bathroom. We felt guilty that night because we hoped that there wasn't some accessible needy family out there trying to find a room. The room was nice and clean. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Very Friendly hotel staff,... More

The staff was quick and very friendly at both check-in and check-out. The place was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good compared to other hotels I've stayed at that do a self serve set up. The hotel was quiet. The only negative thing is the only form of near by entertainment is a neighboring Applebee's Restaurant.

After touring the Ben and Jerry Factory we had no where to sleep for the night, and this comfort inn had one last bed left, so of course we took it. This trip was a surprise for me (the girlfriend) and we just became engaged a few days before. I could not have asked for a better last minute hotel.... More
