Arrived at the hotel and was greeted and sent to my room. Decided to grab dinner at the Bistro. $25 for a pizza that I literally saw come out of a cardboard box and a half glass of Jack and Coke. Literally half of the glass. Went to take a shower, and there was no hot water. Waited an hour,... More

stayed last june after laconia bike week during roof repairs, room right at area of roof being worked on. still excellent. even contract workmen were superior, and extremely considerate of patrons. though rooms are cozy/tight, they are excellent. great beds. clean. modern. newer. need go into downtown area, less than a mile, for quality dining and beverages, however. NOT far.... More

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Middlebury on a trip there Vermont. I was upgraded to the suite. It was a beautiful room! The fireplace made it very comfortable. The lobby was very relaxing. The bar had a nice selection of craft beers and spirits. The staff was warm and friendly! Worth a return trip!

just checked into a Suite at the hotel. Went to set up the sleeper sofa, has 1 pillow, 1 blanket with several holes in it, called the front desk for extra pillows and a blanket without holes, was told they don't have any. given out to "the teams and their roll away beds" - have stayed here many times for... Thank you for taking the time to inform us about your recent visit to our property. I would like to apologize for having only one additional pillow in your suite and for the blanket filled with holes. We have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure that this was an isolated issue that has been corrected moving... More

Clean, amiable, and friendly, exactly as you would expect. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed (and had a murkiness to it) during our visit, but we hit the hot tub. Eryn at the front desk gave us a pretty thorough walk through of what was available to do in the area, with some recommendations that matched... More

With Courtyards you expect more-- a bit more style, better linens, heftier towels. The Middlebury Courtyard is an attractive building (points for style) but inside it seemed to be on the low-end in terms of the cleanliness of the carpets (just so-so), the finish of the rooms (the color scheme-- yellows and reds-- seemed more New Mexico than Vermont), the... In order to celebrate my husband's birthday, in the middle of the worst winter storm in Vermont since 1998, I decided to make a hotel reservation near the restaurant where we were taking him for dinner. Because of the weather, most of the hotel was being booked by the electric companies for their linemen, so we were upgraded to a... More

We had to stay in this hotel for a number of days because of winter weather conditions and medical reasons. The hotel staff was very accommodating, especially Molly who works in the Bistro. Molly was very friendly and willing to do whatever she could to make our stay comfortable. The food at the bistro was also very good. Our room... More

This was my second time in a year here (business). the first time, I had a HUGE king bed room with a fireplace, big TV over the fireplace and two armchairs facing both. It was fabulous. This time, I asked for a room with a fireplace and got a little suite with a fireplace that looked through both the living... More

The good things about the Marriott is that they are very consistent. This hotel is no different. The lobby is nice, the room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. However, the thermostat in our room looks like it is from the 1950 s. First we could not get the heat on. Then the room was sweltering and we could... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property. I apologize that the heating system wasn't up to your standards and I have passed on your comments to the appropiate departments and relative people. Our property was built in 2003, and thustly our heating system is from that time period. We aim to make each stay an... More
