A very comfortable and elegant experience at this inn which was a first time stay for us. Our room was impeccable and the gas fireplace insert most welcome. The room had a lot of natural light from great windows. The breakfast was delicious and offered several choices. The inn has a restaurant and tavern that we did not visit.

We spent two nights at the Red Clover Inn. Our room was very spacious with an equally large bathroom. The Inn was very nicely appointed and the staff was very accommodating. It sits off a main road on quite a bit of acreage and other buildings. There was a small guest refrigerator (& ice) in a reading room just off... More

Initially stayed here during a snowstorm. Staff very attentive. Larger suites located in adjacent "barn" . Close to Killington ski area, resturants, and shops in Rutland. Great wine tasting dinners. Resturant on premises favorite of locals. Two options, one room more formal dining, the other room with casual dining with fireplace and couches/window seats . Small bar but good selection... More

First time in VT and first time staying at an inn rather than hotel/resort. We stayed in the Eliot room, which has a fireplace and jacuzzi. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is included in the stay and was fantastic. Each morning there was a gourmet omelet special or something sweet such as amaretto French toast -both... More

We had extremely high hopes having read previous reviews and also after having stayed at some wonderful inns on this trip. However we were sorely disappointed. Having driven for three hours we arrived in the rain only to be told that there was no availability for dinner that night and we would need to get a taxi to the nearest... More

We appreciate your feedback regarding your stay at the Red Clover Inn. Foliage in Vermont is a very busy time of year for our inn and restaurant. The restaurant is open to the public as well as to our house guests and therefore space is extremely limited, especially on Saturday's. All of our dinner's are made to order from the... More

Very quiet room and inn. Inn keeper and staff were kind and gracious. So enjoyed our days! The area is quiet and nestled away. It is of old buildings renevated to its first style. Go in fall the colors were spectacular.

Our first visit to The Red Clover Inn, but not our last. The room was spacious and cheery and the food was out of this world excellent. Very quiet, just we were hoping for. Charlotte, Thomas, and Chef Collin deserve any and all praise! (There were other staff on hand, equally friendly and accommodating--just don't know their names!) We capped... More

One of the best restaurants in central Vermont. Small, comfortable, excellent service. The menu is purposefully small, so everything on it is first class. I live 15 minutes away and go whenever I want an exceptional meal.
