Even though the place is great (nice pool & hot tub, cool fireplace common, big rooms, and variety of exercise equipment/game room) it is the staff that makes this place. I came and stayed last year during a big race and week long conference. The staff was friendly and went out of their way. The manager went above and beyond... More

The Cortina Inn was my home for a week in May as part of the New Life Hiking Spa program. The inn has a rustic ski lodge decor and feel. Rooms are a bit dated and there are some signs of wear but they were clean and everything worked well (once I got the hang of the A/C unit). The... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of the New Life Hiking Spa Program. I was shocked when I first saw the hotel. It looks like a time capsule from the 70s. It was very dirty, outdated, clearly falling apart. I'm surprised they are legally able to operate a hotel under such conditions. I was in one of the 'renovated'... More

My boyfriend and I decided to stay here for a little ski trip to Killington. We were impressed with all the amenities online (indoor hot tub, pool, and breakfast) which really solidified our decision. After an original snafu with our travel dates which was my fault, the hotel offered to change our stay to the correct dates with no additional... More

We found the Cortina Inn after having an unpleasant stay at a hotel in Rutland and switched. I'm glad we did. The hot tub was hot which was nice and the pool, cool, which was refreshing. The atmosphere has a nice typical skiing atmosphere, lodge like. The free breakfast was good and the room comfortable. If and when we go... More

Great for an affordable weekend. Within 10-15 minutes of Killington Ski Resort. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Rooms were great and entire hotel is very cozy. All rooms have balconies/terraces. Bathrooms are a bit tight. Decent breakfast with many options. Decent size indoor pool. Hot tub is a bit small and with a 6 person max, fills up quickly.... More

Over the past 2 years we've had 5 families each year spend a ski weekend at the Cortina, and can say that each trip has been wonderful. The pool, hot tub, and common area were ideal for enjoying our apres ski time (the kids especially loved it), the rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff was very nice, and... More

The Cortina Inn is basically a run-down road motel, albeit one that must have had a time of glory. We were given a room opening up on the central courtyard, which, thanks to cheap materials and poor noise insulation, gave us the double whammy of route 4 traffic noise coming through the window and loud socializing noise coming from the... On the whole, this hotel is nice. Conveniently located to the slopes and shoppes. The weekend desk, ladies were quite pleasant and helpful. The fireplace in the middle of the lobby is a great place to wind down after a long day. The beds were comfortable. However..... The bathrooms...............are in dire need of repair. Cracked and chipped tiles on the floor,... More

Great Sunday brunch, excellent chef. Have attended wedding receptions, conferences, anniversary parties and never had a complaint. The best was my wedding reception and having the receiving line in front of the beautiful stone fireplace. The bridal suite was exquisite!
