We reserved 2 rooms well ahead of our stay last Friday night so they knew we we coming. The rooms were prepaid. Upon arrival, there was no heat on in either room that they gave us. The window was open a crack in one room so snow was on the dirty window sill with filthy wrinkled curtains barely hanging on... More

Just stayed here while skiing at Pico. The holiday weekend left little options so we stayed based on mixed reviews. With an overflowing garbage can and a full bucket of cigarette butts at the entry door I knew we were doomed. At check in my card could not be run, same with another patron. Yes this place, like most, is... More

This place is extremely difficult to find. The property was also not plowed making it difficult to find the entrance. The workers were not very helpful when it came to getting to the mountain and information about skiing. The establishment is very clean and cozy. The heat is a little excessive but the room has heat controls. The breakfast in... More

I like the location and the price!!!! Very clean, nothing to complain about. The breakfast was poor but it didn't matter because the price was so low that you can not expect great breakfast . Still we had sandwich and cup of tea which kept us full until we had lunch at Killington skiing resort.

New Years Eve--the town of Killington fills up. We didn't plan ahead and we left ourselves with very few options on where to stay. The budget host saved us from sleeping in our car on a cold night. In an attempt to describe it fairly--It is a place to sleep. Our room didn't have individual heat control and we had... More

We're not hotel snobs and typically look for value over luxuries. This was a last minute booking for a quick family weekend ski trip and was the closest to Killington with availability and affordable rate. Old school is ok, but this place needed some help. Mattresses were fine. Linens were clean but pretty ancient. No heat control in room, so... More

The lodge was disappointing. The interior and exterior are worn/tired; The internet access was out. This morning we woke to a hotel with absolutely no hot water. The breakfast was limited to donuts, bread, bagels with margarine or jelly - i.e. no fruit or decaf coffee. The good news: We had heat, the room was clean, and the lodge was... More

This place had seen better days, the heyday of ski lodges dating back decades ago, and this place hasn't seen a nickel of improvement dollars ... not that my bill (with taxes) of $88 would suggest (they charged $15 for my dog). Everything was drab, completely unimproved, perhaps explaining why one party dumped the other's Econolodge brand (probably the brand... More

This was an excellent place to stay for a holiday ski trip to Killington Ski Resort. I loved the cozy, rustic feel of the hotel- big fireplaces, lounging areas, and a nice recreation room with plenty of activities for when you're not on the slopes. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed... More
