It was cold outside with tons of snow around...but the atmosphere at Hollister Hill Farm was so warm & comfy. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a, entire from the farm, breakfast that was fit for a king. The people running the in were extremely friendly & helpful. They welcomed us to check out the barn were we viewed baby... More

An extremely efficient and ecologically sound operation. They raise most of their produce and meat and share it at breakfast - pumpkin pancakes with their own maple syrup. Bob and Lee Light are personable, take pride in their place and are very helpful travel guides. It is easy to provide a bed...this place provides contentment. No wifi or TV...a place... More

We stayed at Hollister Hills Farm in late September and had a wonderful time. Bob & Lee were the perfect hosts. The location was scenic, the accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfasts were exceptional! The farm animals were easily accessible and very friendly. There were new kittens in the barn and the family Golden Retrievers were happy to accompany... More

We had a wonderful stay, great hosts, great breakfast, a fire in our fireplace every night, all in a beautiful farmhouse in a central Vermont setting during peak fall foliage season. We were there for our daughter'a wedding and our stay here made it even more special.

My husband and I have recently returned from our second holiday at Hollister Hill Farm, we were there last year too. On both occasions we stayed in The Little House on a self catering basis. Plenty of room, good kitchen and bathroom facilities and a lovely private patio with table and chairs and a bbq. On both visits we took... More

My friends and I stayed at Hollister Hill Farm last week and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable and charming and the hosts were warm and friendly and helpful. Every morning we ate an incredible home cooked meal with made with ingredients fresh from the farm. The gardens and grounds of the farm are beautiful and you are... More

We picked this B&B to celebrate my birthday weekend because it is a real family owned farm, and it has two golden retrievers – dear to our hearts. We are not disappointed. Two calves were born June 6, the morning we arrived, and 13 piglets were fighting for their spots at their mother’s belly. Home cooked breakfasts served with jams... More

My wife and I spent one night at Hollister Hill Farm. The farm is picturesque and the house has a classic country feel. The room that we stayed in was at the top of the stairs. It had a nice sized bathroom AND a sauna that my wife used. Bob and Lee joined us for breakfast as well as another... More

My husband, 2-yr old son and I stayed there one night on our way to Montreal. The location is absolutely beautiful, the owners extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean and large. The bed was not the most comfortable but we also had our son with us. We went in early May so the flowers and gardens were not blooming... More

This is a 19th century brick home, which was the centerpiece of a 3,000 acre farm, and today it's a working farm and B&B. The room was comfortable, and super clean, with shower, old-fashion sink and a 2-person sauna! The Internet access was high speed, apparently fibre optic. Guests are welcome in the barn and fields, where there are beefalo,... More
