This is the third time we stayed at the Manchester, this time bringing friends. We decided at the last minute to come up to Vermont and immediately called the Manchester. From the phone call the night before until checkout they (Jason) were nothing but New England hospitable. Thank You for the third time. more

The view was great but the rooms left a lot to be desired. Priced too high for the room with just a fireplace. Plus for the price the continental breakfast should have been included. Stayed at Palmer House before and the rooms were lovely for the price which included a "jacuzzi" tub. more

Love this place! We've stayed here for five anniversaries in a row and have loved it. Rooms are very nice, price is right, location is perfect, grounds are well-kept, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. You can't go wrong! Look no further! more

It was "Girls' (4) Weekend" & Jason suggested the 2 King bedroom complete with a wood burning fireplace (all set up...all we had to do was light a match). The room was clean, comfortable & larger than some condos I've stayed in (minus a kitchen). The location was perfect as there is a nice woodsy road for my walk in... more

I recently needed a hotel near Manchester and stumbled across this wonderful Inn while bike-riding. I called and explained that I needed a quiet room with internet access so that I could do work from my room for a week. Jason at the front desk was incredibly helpful and courteous, finding a great room (Norman Rockwell room) at the last... more

The room we had was huge, #119 an end unit deluxe 2x queen complete with wood burning fireplace and slider to private deck. Room quality was excellent; clean, bed lines fit well, nicely decorated. Had country charm. My only issue was bed was a little too hard and seemed small for a queen, but that is only a personal issue.... more

We were traveling with our 15-month old son and needed a crib and a high chair. These were provided to us at no extra cost. We also were upgraded to a bigger room for no extra fee. Additionally, we needed a babysitter one of the nights we were staying, and we were put in touch with someone. The Manchester View... more

We stayed at the Manchester View. Each time we have stayed in a different room & all were very nice. We had a private deck this time with a beautiful view. Everything is clean and comfortable and it is a wonderful place to come back to after hiking. Every morning we sat out on our porch and had coffee. Lovely!! more

Rooms are clean, staff are super nice, pool is relaxing, views incredible, well maintained grounds. Close enough to town to take advantage of several restaurants and shopping outlets but far enough away to completely unplug. Will return again and again... more
