I stayed in at the Inn for two nights with my family. Both the exterior and the room itself was badly in need of some TLC: many exterior parts of the townhouse-like buildings are rotting, and our room had a running toilet (which no one came to fix, despite our request); a missing smoke detector with wires hanging out of... On a recent trip to Stratton mountain we stayed at The Inn At Willow Pond on an internet deal. The hotel was about 5 to 10 minutes outside of the historic district of Manchester, Vermont. The room came with a continental breakfast which was not bad for just a quick bite before heading to Stratton. We stayed in a room... More

The grounds are beautiful, as is the lobby building where you check in/out and where the small breakfast is served. The bathroom had nice finishes, but the bedroom was very boring. It seemed like any other cheap chain hotel in the world. Not well decorated. We used Groupon or some other site like that and booked for half of what... More

We stayed one night. The room was very large, extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was simple (bagels, coffee, cereal, yogurt) but just what we needed before heading to Stratton mountain for a day of skiing! We would definitely stay here again!

I was up in Vermont to ski at Stratton/Bromley for the weekend. I've never stayed at an "Inn" before and figured we would give it a shot. This place was great. Got the king room w the fireplace. I had told them what time I was arriving and they had the fire ready for me. Had a small breakfast in... More

A beautiful old inn with just enough modern touches to be comfortable (like the bathroom!). Simple but ample breakfasts, a full bar ( a nice amenity) scary crazy clean! The owners/innkeepers are on site, available and eager to do whatever they can to make your stay wonderful.

Room was clean and well-appointed. TV was a little small for size of room, but lots of channels available. Bathroom was huge. The 2 staff members we spoke with were friendly. My only complaints are the mattresses are extra firm, which is not what I'm used to . And when we woke up in the morning (January), we had no... More

We came up for the weekend and the room was completely ready for us. Everything was immaculate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. When we arrived back home, I discovered that I left my robe in the room. It was a special gift that they don't make anymore. I... More

Our 28 person tour group of 55+ in age had to walk from their hotel rooms from their rooms up on a hill down to the restaurant and back for dinner in pitch black darkness. The dirt road/walkway was completely unlit and had been severely washed out due to earlier rains. Very dangerous walking for any age group. The Inn... More

So accommodating, peaceful, and a beautiful place to get away to. Dog friendly, which was great. Our 1-bdrm suite was spacious, clean, and I love that it was ADA accessible throughout. We also recommend a walk around the property, chatting it up with the friendly staff, and a trip to the saunas downstairs in the main lodge after breakfast. We... More
