Upon arriving at the town of Manchester we were completely blown away by it's towering mountains and the town's perfectly manicured streets with colonial style homes. Pulling up to the resort was a jaw dropping experience...are we on a movie set or something?? The hotel has several photos hanging of what the hotel looked like in the early 1900's and... More

I stayed in the townhouse section off of the main hotel, so this review doesn't apply to the entire hotel. I booked based on a good last minute deal from Expedia. From what I could see, rooms normally go for $250+. This deal was for $167, not bad just before Labor Day. I had expectations that this was a high... More

For my 60th birthday, my family gave me the gift of a two night escape from my busy work life at The Inns at Equinox! Nothing could have made me happier. We enjoyed all facets of the Inn including food in all of the restaurants, the spa, outdoor hot tub and lots of sitting by the fireplaces. We felt pampered... More

The rooms were very old and, although part of the charm, the bathrooms need to be updated and the TV's need to be replaced. The doors did not close well and it was still and old fashioned key. Please update the doors for safety and ease of use.

Had a wonderful time with my wife. We really enjoyed the hospitality and all the staff were very nice. The town house was a little small but very clean. We really didn't mind because we were not in the room that much. Great deal and we will be back again soon.

The Inn at Equinox was such a lovely experience. The grounds of the hotel are spectular as is the restaurant. As a matter of fact there are so many wonderful places to eat in Manchester its hard to decide which place to go to next. The SPA service was surperb.

I stayed here with my wife and little baby daughter. I had booked one of the rooms at the Inns hoping to have a large enough space to put a crib so the baby could be far enough away allowing us to act somewhat normal at night and when she was napping. They notified me upon arrival that there was... More

First and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies for the unsatisfactory experience you had during your time with us. I can understand how frustrating it is when you are traveling with a young child and the room you requested is unavailable. Please know that what you describe here is not the level of service expected of our employees and our... More

We have stayed at the Equinox for more than 5 years. It is centrally located and convenient to restaurants. However, they are pricing themselves out of the upper middle class. Our room has increased more than $200 per night for the past two years! This year they wanted more than $700 for one night - plus tax and resort fee.... More

I was very disappointed with the room that we had, it was very run down and dirty, it definitely needed to be updated and renovated. I was hoping for a better experience than what we had given what we paid.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience last winter. I am so sorry to hear that the décor was not what you had hoped for, and that you do not feel you received the value for the price paid. We really hoped you'd love us . I'm so saddened to hear that we fell short, however... More

My husband and I drove up from Philadelphia for a long weekend and couldn't have asked for a lovelier, more relaxing time. Beautiful room, gorgeous grounds, great hiking. We enjoyed a few of the restaurants, and had fantastic massages (mine was a prenatal and just what I needed!). A great weekend away-
