Was very disappointed in the town house. They need to be updated. For the money we spent we have got more else where. There was no jacuzzi no fireplace no refrigerator . The common grounds are beautiful . The main building is gorgeous . The staff were very friendly. There are in the middle of renovating some areas. They have... More

Hotel and the Main Inn's hotel rooms are gorgeous. Pool and workout facilities are terrific. Kids loved the pool and the game room. They were thoroughly entertained. Town homes are perfect for families and they are quite nice. But they are no where near as nice as the Main Hotel rooms. The only bathroom in the town home was tiny... More

We stayed at The Inns at Equinox 1811 House, a colonial home across the street from the resort property. This offers a good value for far less than the cost to stay at main building and still offers use of all of the amenities - i.e. pool, spa, restaurants, activities, etc. Ask for one of the two front rooms facing... Entering the hotel there was a nauseable smell . The smell was present the three days of our stay. We had rooms in the Inn , large living but small and old fashioned bathroom , good bed. The cleaning was quite average. The view was very nice. The cafeteria was dark and the personnel was not very welcoming. In the... More

Good morning and thank you for your comments. I am so sorry to hear that the smell of our lobby did not meet your expectations and that the service was less than perfect. I have shared your comments with our team members and we will focus in on ways to make sure that this does not happen again. We have... More

We have stayed at Equinox many times, both in the main hotel & the Inns, we have stayed on regular weekdays & major holidays weekends, it is always a great place to stay! The staff is polite, accommodating & always friendly. They try to always make you feel at home. The shuttle service is a nice perk, it allows you... More

This was a last minute snowboarding vacation, and we thought we were getting a small room from the description on Expedia.com. Instead we were put into the Dormy House, which had 2 floors, three bedrooms and a full kitchen and dining area. The extra space was nice for our two dogs but not necessary for only two people. The service... More

We've stayed at the Equinox many times- as a family, as a couple without our kids, and just a fun couple of days with one parent and one kid. Each visit was really fun- whether hiking Equinox, skiing Stratton, snowshoeing on the AT/LT, visiting the many restaurants and shops, hanging in the hot tub and pool, or visiting the spa.... More

Love the place in general, and love the area. But found the "townhome" to be way too small for the two of us. It's one room, barely big enough for a queen bed, with small bathroom. Had to use the clothes closet to store some toiletries.

Our stay at the Equinox was far better than we expected. The room was large and clean. The staff was amazing - very welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even remembered our names! They made us feel right at home. The shuttle service was very convenient - they recommended restaurants for us and took us back and forth from the hotel... More

We have visited Manchester many times over the years and always enjoy our time dining, relaxing and shopping there. Usually prefer staying at B&Bs, including especially the 1811 house which is now part of the Equinox complex. We had booked a room in the 1811 house for last December, but unfortunately when we arrived found that it was closed for... More
