Shirley and Dick are great host, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is always good. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last two years during visits to see our daughter at Lyndon State College (5 minutes away). The cost is excellent for what you get. Give it a try.

We made reservations at this inn, sight unseen. When we walked into the house, we could not believe how lucky we were. This is without a doubt the best B&B we have experienced. The house is beautifully restored to it's original grandeur, tastefully furnished and decorated with Victorian pieces. The hosts, Dick and Shirley were gracious, making us feel at... More

We booked here last minute, and greatly enjoyed out trip. Our hosts came out to greet us when we arrived, and provided directions and guidance during our stay. It's an old Victorian in a nice part of Lyndonville, within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Our room was large and comfortable. We were the only people there on... More

My first experience to VT's Northeast Kingdom was highlighted by my stay at The Moonlight Inn. Dick and Shirley have a beautiful bed and breakfast and share their home in a most gracious manner. They are so warm and friendly and are knowledgeable about touring the area. Their breakfasts are amazing. The wrap around porch is a perfect way to... More

Dick and Shirley were wonderful host/hostess... very friendly... as were the two dogs! The breafast was wonderful. The Victorian house is beautiful and nicely restored. Our room (Turret) was very spacious, very clean and comfortable - very relaxing and nice touches throughout Not the most amazing B&B I've been too, but definatly a great B&B at an amazing value. Would... More

This is what one would expect - nice home, close to town, spacious room, very nice hosts (Dick and Shirley), and a comfortable stay. There was no particular wow-factor..... It was all simply very nice. One thing to note - their dogs are great, but if you have allergies or dog hair concerns you may want to avoid this location... More

As we drove into their drive our hosts Dick & Shirley came out to meet us and welcome us to their home. This welcome and friendliness extended throughout our visit - even the two dogs made us welcome!! We were in the Turrett room which is quite spacious and very comfortable, and Shirley had added all the little extras that... More

We had a wonderful weekend at the Moonlight Inn! The inn keepers, Dick & Shirley, were wonderful and really shared their home and local attractions with us. If you want to stay at a B&B where the inn keepers treat you as a guest in their home, this is it. The rooms and home are beautiful. Dick & Shirley have... More
